RMA Policy

Discrepancies

Notification of any discrepancies must be communicated within ten days from receipt of product.

Refusals

Refusals may be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus the difference between current market cost and the cost ,at date of invoice, as well as, all freight and insurance charges.

Returns

Thirty-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of invoice. TSI will allow product to be returned (except opened software and licenses, Cisco products, and special order parts) in its original condition for a full credit. No refunds will be issued. Credit will be issued for use toward future purchases. After 30 days, repair or replacement is direct through the manufacturer, or in accordance with contract terms and conditions. The product must be returned with all materials, boxes, manuals, cables, etc. that were originally shipped. Return merchandise authorizations (RMA’s) are valid for 30 days from date of issue. TSI may charge for missing, damaged or incomplete accessories.

Defects

Products found to be defective out-of-the-box or "dead on arrival" may be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return Freight

TSI will provide return authorizations (RMA’s), for 10 days from the invoice date, using the same shipment method as the original purchase at no cost to the customer. After 10 days, TSI will provide return authorizations via FedEx Ground Service at no cost to the customer. Customers wishing to use other methods of shipment will be responsible for all freight charges.
